DeepState reports new Russian advances in eastern and southern Ukraine

The Russian forces have advanced in several areas of Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhya oblasts, DeepState monitoring group wrote on Jan. 14.

Advances were also recorded near Stepnohirsk and inside the settlement itself in Zaporizhzhya Oblast.

On Jan. 13, DeepState reported that the Russian army advanced in several locations in Donetsk Oblast. Analysts said Russian forces moved forward near Shandryholove and Sviato-Pokrovske.
On Jan. 1, DeepState reported that Russian troops occupied 4,336 square kilometers of Ukrainian territory in 2025, which constitutes approximately 0.72% of Ukraine’s territory.
