Ukrainian forces strike major Russian oil refineries from Yaroslavl to Leningrad - video

Explosions and smoke were recorded after the attack on Yaroslavl refinery.

Slavneft-YANOS plant is one of the largest oil refining enterprises in Russia, with a capacity of 15 million tons of oil per year. It produces automotive gasoline, diesel and aviation fuel, lubricants, and other products used, in particular, by the Russian army.

Defense Forces also struck Novatek-Ust-Luga plant in the settlement of Slobodka and the permanent deployment point of the 26th Missile Brigade in the area of Luga, Leningrad Oblast.

TES-Terminal-1 light oil products transshipment terminal in temporarily occupied Kerch was struck. AFU General Staff clarified that this is one of the largest complexes for the light oil products storage and transshipment in Crimea.

In the area of Dovzhansk in Luhansk Oblast, a railway overpass used by the occupiers to transfer personnel, weapons, ammunition, and logistics supplies was struck.

Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), in turn, confirmed the strike on Yaroslavl refinery and reports an attack on the oil loading terminal of the Vysotsk seaport in Leningrad Oblast, as a result of which two oil loading arms were disabled and three oil product reservoirs were struck.

Drones also targeted the Pervyy Zavod (First Plant) refinery in Kaluga Oblast, causing a fire, SBU wrote.

In Crimea, SBU conducted an operation to strike hangars containing aviation equipment at the Hvardiiske airfield. A Pantsir-S2 anti-aircraft missile system near Simferopol, a mobile fire group in Kerch, a petroleum product reservoir, and a pumping station at the TES-Terminal-1 oil depot also came under attack, Security Service reported.

On the night of July 6, a fire was reported at the 330 kV Simferopol electrical substation and on the territory of the Hvardiiske airbase in temporarily occupied Crimea.
