Russian forces attacked the city of Slavutych with drones on the morning of March 25, knocking out power to approximately 21,000 residents, head of the Kyiv Oblast Military Administration Mykola Kalashnyk reported.

Energy crews are already working to restore the electricity supply. Critical infrastructure has been switched to backup power sources, and heating, water supply, communications, and internet continue to operate normally, the authorities said.

Points of Invincibility have been opened across the city for residents.

Overnight, air raid alerts were issued in several Ukrainian regions due to the threat of Shahed drones, with explosions reported in the Poltava and Odesa oblasts. The city of Chernihiv and its district also lost power after the night attack.

The Ukrainian Air Force said Russia launched 147 drones overnight; air defenses neutralized 121 of them.
