The Russian forces attacked the Myropillya municipality in Sumy Oblast with three guided aerial bombs late on Feb. 6, killing at least three people, the regional military administration reported on Feb. 7.
The Prosecutor General’s Office confirmed at 11 a.m that Russia struck the village of Myropillya, resulting in three deaths.

The attack destroyed a two-story apartment building, and the bodies of the people killed were recovered from the rubble during rescue operations.
Authorities warn that people may still be trapped under the rubble, search and rescue efforts underway.
This follows a series of deadly Russian attacks in Oblast:
- Jan. 30: A Shahed drone strike hit an apartment building in Sumy, killing nine and injuring 13.
- Feb. 1: A Russian airstrike targeted the Yunakivka municipality, killing three police officers on patrol.
