Three Kherson settlements liberated in recent weeks, says General Staff

Ukrainian forces have liberated three settlements in Kherson Oblast over the last two weeks, deputy Operational Command chief of Ukraine’s General Staff Oleksiy Hromov said during a press briefing on July 28.
“Our regiments continue their gradual liberation of Kherson Oblast from Russian occupation forces,” said Hromov.
“In addition to Ivanivka and Lozove, this week we saw the liberation of Andriyivka.”
These tactical Ukrainian successes have forced Moscow to redeploy additional forces to southern Ukraine, Ukrainian officials say.
“The enemy is pooling its forces; additional Russian forces are streaming towards Kherson,” National Security and Defense Council Secretary Oleksiy Danilov said earlier.
“Our armed forces are doing everything they can to meet their objectives, as set by President (Volodymyr Zelenskyy). I’d like to add that either way, we’re going to emerge victorious.”
