UK journalist mercilessly trolls U.S. and FIFA after a 4-1 World Cup blowout victory

He trolled the U.S. team after a scandal erupted over Donald Trump allegedly pressuring FIFA to overturn a red card for an American striker Folarin Balogun.

Charles De Ketelaere scored a brace for the "Red Devils," while Hans Vanaken and Romelu Lukaku each added a goal. The Americans responded with a single goal scored by Malik Tillman.

Following the match, Morgan addressed the American squad with a heavy dose of irony.

"Why don't you just ask President Trump to get FIFA to cancel this result?" Morgan wrote.

Belgium will face Spain, which recently defeated Portugal, in the 2026 World Cup quarterfinals. The match will take place on July 10, starting at 10:00 p.m. Kyiv time.
