“We continue to destroy enemy reserves, we continue to control the transport routes by which they’re trying to bring up reserves,” she said.

“We continue to destroy their command posts, and the assembly points of personnel and military equipment. This is about reducing enemy forces and capabilities.”

Humeniuk said a large number of enemy forces still remain in Kherson Oblast. At the same time, the morale of the invaders is decreasing.

“I can say that their low morale is spreading even more like a virus today,” she said.

“They see each other, units that are supposed to be reserves, but in fact it’s a transfer from one geographical point to another. All this is an imitation of pulling up the reserves so that they calm down. However, when they communicate with each other, they realize that they’re all the same old units on this part of the front. They continue to dream of receiving a minor injury to return to their homes.”

At the same time, Humeniuk said that Ukrainian servicemen are not immediately announcing the liberation of settlements in the south of Ukraine for humanitarian purposes.

“Such settlements immediately come under enemy air and artillery strikes,” she said.

“Everyone should realize this and not be in a hurry (to release) this information.(This should) only (be done) after the settlements are liberated from the enemy, protected from the remnants of the invaders, and our troops advance enough to secure those civilians who remain there. The declaration of liberation of settlements can be made only after that.”

According Humeniuk, if it is done earlier, it could be “a big and maybe a fatal mistake.”
