Ukrainian anti-jamming comms developer secures funding to scale production

The new funding will support the scaling of next-generation tactical communications systems for front-line use and expansion into European markets.

“The $1.5 million round was led by MITS Capital — an investment group with offices in Kyiv and New York focused on backing Ukrainian defense innovation,” the company's statement read.

“Teletactica had previously completed MITS’s acceleration program and raised a pre-seed funding round.”

Green Flag Ventures, a prominent venture firm operating in the US and Ukraine, also joined the round. Green Flag focuses on dual-use technologies, AI, and cybersecurity from Ukraine.

Teletactica develops modular, secure communications equipment tailored for extreme EW conditions and GPS-denied environments. Its flagship products include video modems, telemetry modems, and antennas.

“We create battle-tested solutions for conditions where traditional systems fail,” said Teletactica co-founder and CEO Yevhen Zhebko.

“All of our products are built for low-latency data transmission and offer five times the cost-efficiency of their European and American counterparts. Packet loss remains between 1% and 5%, even under intense jamming.”

The company’s equipment is already being actively used in Ukraine and is now undergoing adaptation to NATO standards.

The U.S.–Ukrainian investment group MITS Capital is also investing $3.74 million in Tencore, a Ukrainian developer of the TerMIT multifunctional unmanned ground platform.

Founded in 2024, MITS Capital operates out of Kyiv and New York and focuses on investing in cutting-edge Ukrainian defense technologies.
