Russian military forces are "repelling an Armed Forces of Ukraine attack" in Sevastopol, so-called governor Mikhail Razvozhaev claimed. Russian occupiers shot down nine targets, according to him.
At the same time, local residents reported explosions in occupied Crimea, as well as hits on the oil depot in Feodosia.
Specifically, there were at least five hits on this oil depot, sparking a fire, according to Crimean Wind data.
Marine Oil Terminal depot burned in temporarily occupied Feodosia following a drone attack on Oct. 7, 2025. A municipal man-made state of emergency was introduced in the city.
Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) reported striking three Russian warships in Crimea — the Yamal and Azov large landing ships, and a vessel of an unidentified type — on the afternoon of April 18. Additionally, SBU drones damaged the antenna block of the Delfin communication system, the MR-10M1 Mys-M1 radar system, and fuel tanks at the Yugtorsan oil depot.
