Ukrainian forces across the country use a proprietary software suit Delta to gather, collate, and share intelligence about the movement of Russian troops from various channels, Ukraine’s Operational Command North shared in a Facebook post on July 3.

The Delta system serves as a critical part of the daily operations of civilian-military cooperation units, offering the military a range of relevant and verified information about enemy forces, according to the post.

The message highlighted that Delta integrates publicly-available chatbots eVorog and STOP Russian War, which allow ordinary Ukrainians to report on the movements or dislocations of enemy vehicles and troops.

Based on NATO standards, the Delta platform and its services are compatible with similar solutions used by Ukraine's allies. The platform incorporates all modern Western technology that Ukraine has received.

The press center underscored that the system is continually evolving and introducing new features, which grants a significant advantage over the enemy.

As a unique military software, Delta serves as the primary source of information for Ukrainian soldiers, offering details about the locations of Russian soldiers, equipment, supply depots, ships, aircraft, and so on.

Besides reports from chatbots, the system gathers data from a variety of sources, including reconnaissance UAVs, satellite imagery, and radio interceptions.
