Ukrainian Navy destroys three Russian air defense systems in one day

The Ukrainian Navy successfully targeted three Russian air defense systems within a single day, Ukrainian Naval Forces wrote on Telegram on Jan. 6.
The strikes eliminated two Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun systems and an Osa anti-aircraft missile system.
Ukrainian naval forces continue destroying enemy assets on land, at sea, and in the air in coordination with other Defense Forces units, the officers said.
Earlier, the Navy reported that two Russian Pantsir-S1 systems were destroyed in Kherson Oblast.
Ukrainian Navy Commander Oleksiy Neizhpapa reported that throughout 2024, Navy missile and unmanned maritime system units conducted dozens of successful strikes on nearly 50 Russian military targets, including those in temporarily occupied Crimea.
