Russian forces launched a strike on Zaporizhzhya, shattering windows in several apartment buildings and a local kindergarten, local governor Ivan Fedorov reported on Nov. 7.
The attack followed earlier warnings from Ukraine’s Air Force regarding the possible use of glide bombs.
“As a result of the Russian attack, windows were blown out in residential buildings and a kindergarten in one of the city’s districts,” he wrote.
Fedorov added that no reports of injuries have been received at this time.
No additional details were released.
Overnight, air raid alerts were issued in Kyiv and several other oblasts due to the threat of Russian ballistic missile strikes.
Suspilne earlier reported that Russian occupation forces were attacking the Chuhuiv community in Kharkiv Oblast, where more than ten explosions were recorded on Nov. 7.
