One person was killed in a drone Russian attack on transport infrastructure in Zaporizhzhya on the night of April 22, local governor Ivan Fedorov reported.
Updated at 7:45 a.m.: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Territorial Development Oleksii Kuleba reported that a Russian drone struck a classification yard at the Zaporizhzhya-Live station. An electric locomotive was damaged in the attack.
According to him, a train driver’s assistant was killed in the attack, and the train driver was wounded and hospitalized.
Another person was wounded in the attack as well.
On the night of April 18, Russian forces launched drone strikes on residential areas in Zaporizhzhya.
The strikes damaged infrastructure, homes, and cars, causing fires to break out, at least one person is reported injured.
