Earlier on Dec. 19, Putin had suggested that Western nations and Ukraine choose a target in Kyiv for a “technical experiment” using the Oreshnik missile, sparking outrage in Kyiv.
The President's post appeared shortly after the dictator's mocking remark.
“People are dying, and he finds it ‘interesting’… d***head,” it wrote.
Lytvyn explained on X that the post was personally Zelenskyy's reaction to the Russian absurd.
“When the President heard what he [Putin] said, this was literally his expression,” Lytvyn said, responding to questions from MP Roman Hryshchuk about how the decision to publish the post was made.
Another user asked if Zelenskyy personally requested the post.
“Yes, he wanted to publish it along with the video,” Lytvyn confirmed.
