Russia hits Odesa Oblast city with Shaheds, damaging critical infrastructure

Russian forces launched an overnight drone strike on the city of Arcyz in Ukraine’s Odesa Oblast, damaging a critical infrastructure facility, Odesa Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported on Nov. 13.
The attack damaged an administrative building and repair workshops. No casualties were reported.
Law enforcement officers are working at the scene, the prosecutor’s office said.
A day earlier, Russian forces struck Odesa with drones and missiles, damaging a sanatorium and the balcony of a residential complex, regional administration wrote.
