Italy provides Ukraine with fifth military aid package

Italy has provided Ukraine with a new military assistance package – the fifth one since the outbreak of Russia’s full-scale war, the Ministry of Defense announced on Telegram on Oct. 17.
"We are very grateful to the Government of Italy and the Minister of Defense Lorenzo Guerini for providing a new package of military assistance, which will help us to significantly increase our defense capabilities against Russian aggression. Ukraine highly appreciates your support!" Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov stated.
