Russia strikes industrial sites in Kramatorsk overnight
Russian forces shelled the industrial zone in Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast, City Military Administration head Oleksandr Honcharenko wrote on Facebook on June 24.
The Russian forces launched strikes on the city's industrial sites using six Geran-2 (Shahed) attack drones.
Preliminary reports indicated no casualties.
Honcharenko added that the extent of the damage and destruction is still being assessed.
Overnight on June 24, Russian forces launched 97 attack UAVs of the Shahed type and various decoy drones across Ukraine. The Air Force reported that 78 drones were shot down by air defense.
In Kharkiv, at least three impacts were recorded following the night attack by Russia. A civilian enterprise was damaged, and three people were injured.
Russian troops also struck the residential area of the Verkhya Syrovatka municipality in Sumy Oblast, killing three civilians — including an 8-year-old boy.
