Russian troops launch missile strike on Kharkiv

Russian troops launched a missile strike on Kharkiv in the morning of Dec. 28, injuring one person, regional governor Oleh Synegubov on Telegram.
"Kharkiv. A missile strike. Rescuers are on their way to the scene," deputy presidential chief-of-staff Kyrylo Tymoshenko wrote on Telegram.
According to Synegubov, a 48-year-old man was struck with shell fragments from the missile, resulting in moderately severe wounds. He is currently receiving treatment..
A previous missile attack struck Kharkiv on Dec. 16, during a mass missile strike against Ukrainian energy infrastructure. Energy infrastructure was damaged in the city as a result.
