Mykolaiv suffers early-morning hit, casualties reported

Russian forces attacked Mykolaiv with a Shahed drone, injuring six people, Vitalii Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration, reported on Nov. 13.
Updated at 11:30 a.m.: State Emergency Service (SES) reported that attack triggered fire at an industrial infrastructure facility in Mykolaiv and was extinguished by firefighters. SES explosives team also worked the scene.
Kim said three of the injured are in serious condition; all victims are receiving medical care.
Earlier in the morning, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of attack-drone threats, and an air-raid alert was declared around 8 a.m.
Overnight on Nov. 13, Russian Shahed drones also struck the city of Arcyz in Odesa Oblast, damaging critical infrastructure, including an administrative building and repair workshops; no casualties were reported, and law enforcement is on site.
In Kherson, two ambulances hit PFM-1 “Petal” mines; the medics were not injured. A drone separately wounded a 49-year-old local resident, who was hospitalized in moderate condition.
