Russian forces seize Novoandriivka, push deeper into Donetsk Oblast
Russian occupation forces have taken control of Novoandriivka and made further advances in Nelipivka, Kotlyne, and near Shevchenko in Donetsk Oblast, DeepState monitoring group reported on Jan. 31.
Ukrainian forces, in their turn, successfully regained positions near Udachne in Donetsk Oblast.
On Jan. 30, DeepState recorded Russian advances near Novoandriivka, Novovasylivka, Dachne, Rozlyv, Yantarny, and Andriivka.
On Jan. 29, the project reported the capture of the settlement of Velyka Novosilka, but Ivan Sekach, the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade spokesperson, denied this information, stating that the battles in the area are still ongoing.
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
