Ukraine to restrict Telegram use in state agencies, military, and critical infrastructure

On Sept. 20, the National Coordination Center for Cybersecurity (NCCS) decided to limit the use of Telegram within state authorities, military formations, and critical infrastructure facilities. This was reported by Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) on Facebook.
