Russia steps up propaganda efforts to encourage conscription – HUR
Russia is increasing its propaganda efforts by painting
train cars with militaristic prints in an attempt to encourage citizens to
enlist in the military amid a significant decline in the number of people
willing to mobilize, Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) reported on
Telegram on April 17.
