At least five explosions were heard in the city of Podilsk (Odesa Oblast) during an air-raid alert, Suspilne reported on Oct. 29.

Around 2 a.m., the Air Force warned of incoming strike drones moving from the Black Sea toward Odesa Oblast. At 3:37 a.m. a series of explosions was recorded in Podilsk, after which the city lost power.

By about 5 a.m., authorities said Russia struck critical infrastructure sites. As a result of the strike, the city was left without electricity; some districts also lost water supply.

Preliminarily — no casualties reported.

The air-raid alert was lifted at about 3:40 a.m. in Oblast. Emergency and energy crews are working at the scene.
