"I am the CEO of a company with 1,760 employees, and you're just a soldier. Go dig the trenches, f***," the man said.

Later, Polozhai explained the situation on social media, claiming that he was walking in Shevchenko Park when military personnel approached him to check his documents.

"I provided updated documents and a draft notice valid until November 1. But!!! These damned fools said I didn’t have an exemption and am subject to mobilization," Polozhai exlained.

The Dnipropetrovsk TCC and Social Policy Department condemned Polozhai's behavior, calling it disgraceful and demeaning to the military personnel of the TCC and the Ukrainian Armed Forces in general.

"This behavior is outrageous and unacceptable," the officials highlighted.

"Ukraine's mobilization and defense laws apply equally to everyone, regardless of social status, wealth, or position."

They added that a legal assessment of Polozhai's actions is underway, and the matter of holding him accountable is being addressed.

Steko also responded to the incident, stating that the video shared online "is incomplete, and the context of the situation has been lost or presented in a biased manner."
