OSINT analysts determined that the strike hit the Vyatka Machine-Building Enterprise Avitek, located on Oktyabrsky Avenue in Kirov.
According to public data, the enterprise manufactures military, dual-use, and civilian products, including air defense equipment, aviation components, ejection seats for pilot rescue, and other aviation systems.
Ukraine's Military Intelligence (HUR) wrote that the plant specializes in the production of surface-to-air guided missiles, target missiles, and is also involved in the manufacturing of Tor surface-to-air missile systems.
Monitoring channel Exilenova+ reported that the plant was struck by Flamingo missiles. The impact hit one of the main central buildings of the enterprise, where employees may have been present.
Avitek is subject to sanctions imposed by the United States, Ukraine, and other countries.
