"It is now being extinguished by 164 people, 46 pieces of equipment are involved," and "the grouping will be additionally increased in the near future," Krasnodar Krai Governor Veniamin Kondratyev wrote.

A temporary accommodation center has been prepared at a local school.

Meanwhile, new footage of the fire is circulating online. One video allegedly shows "the moment another barrel caught fire" on the territory of the Tuapse refinery.

At least four burning tanks were recorded as a result of the strike on the Tuapse refinery overnight on April 28, Ukrainian CyberBoroshno OSINT group reported.

"If the tank farm was targeted in previous attacks, this time the refinery itself was hit," analysts noted.

Drones attacked the oil refinery in Russia's Tuapse, Krasnodar Krai, once again on the night of April 28.

A massive fire broke out at the strike site, local channels reported.

Local residents earlier reported that over 10 loud explosions rang out in the sky over Tuapse, after which "a fire started in one of the districts at the drone debris crash site, with fire and smoke visible."

The drones were flying from the direction of the sea at a low altitude.

Tuapse oil refinery is part of the Rosneft company and operates under the management of RN-Tuapse Refinery LLC. It is one of Russia's largest oil refineries specializing in primary oil refining.
