Secondary detonations of explosive items are possible in Vyshneve, Kyiv Oblast, after the Russian mass attack, Kyiv Oblast State Administration head Mykola Kalashnyk wrote on July 6.

He highlighted the danger to be near the impact site.

"I urge the residents of the community to remain in safe places and not to approach the zone where operations are ongoing," Kalashnyk wrote.

He also reported that police and rescuers are conducting evacuations if necessary.

"If you find suspicious items, do not touch them, do not move them, and do not try to neutralize them on your own," Kalashnyk urged, adding that these discoveries must be reported by calling 101 or 102.

He also warned that on certain sections of the railway, traffic organization has been temporarily changed for safety reasons. Ukrzaliznytsia is already using backup routes, Kalashnyk noted.

The restrictions, according to him, apply to the following trains: No. 93 Kharkiv — Khelm, No. 134 Kamyanets-Podilskyi — Kyiv, No. 94 Khelm — Kharkiv, No. 43 Dnipro — Ivano-Frankivsk, and No. 104 Lviv — Lozova.

Bus service has been organized between Boyarka and Kyiv on the Fastiv direction, Kalashnyk added.

15 injured are now reported in Kyiv Oblast, 11 are in hospitals. A 9-month-old girl is among the victims. The number of casualties may increase, he noted.

Damage was recorded in the Bucha, Vyshhorod, and Brovary districts. Private houses, enterprises, and other civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged.

One person died in the Bucha district due to the enemy attack.

In Kyiv, as of 8 a.m., 10 dead and 46 injured are reported.

The epicenter of the hits and falling debris of Russian weapons was the capital's Darnytskyi and Podilskyi districts; damage was also recorded in the Holosiivskyi and Obolonskyi districts, the Office of the Prosecutor General stated.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko later reported that the death toll from the Russian attack had risen to 11 people.
