New Ukrainian-made mobile laundry and shower unit cleared for military use

The unit is built on a marine container base and is divided into three zones: technical, laundry, and shower.

The technical zone houses a solid-fuel boiler, diesel generator, pumps, and filters. The laundry section includes automatic washing machines and a dryer. The shower zone can accommodate several people simultaneously.

The laundry and shower facilities can operate with connections to electricity, water supply, and sewage systems, or autonomously using the boiler and generator.

The mobile unit is thermally insulated, allowing year-round use, and can be mounted on trucks or trailers.

On Jan. 30, the Ministry of Defense also approved the use of the Ukrainian-made unmanned ground vehicle Zmiy Lohistychnyi for frontline transportation and evacuation.
