Missile strike damaged a warehouse belonging to online marketplace Ozon in Taganrog, Rostov Oblast Governor Yury Slyusar stated on Sept. 15.
Structural blast damage was also recorded across two multi-apartment residential buildings, three private houses, an educational institution, and a commercial facility.
Russian regional authorities later reported damage to a municipal gas pipeline, storage facilities of agricultural enterprises, and a local grocery store.
Slyusar asserted that the rupture to the gas distribution infrastructure did not disrupt essential utility services for local residents.
