Ukraine’s logistics giant discloses annual performance results

In 2024, Nova Poshta increased its revenue by 22%, reaching ₴44.77 billion (~$1.1 billion), while net profit dropped by 36.9% to ₴2.5 billion ($62.5 million), financial results audited by Baker Tilly Ukraine show, Interfax-Ukraine reported on May 1.

The company handled more than 480 million parcels and shipments, marking a 16% increase compared to 2023.

As of December 2024, the number of branches, pickup points, and parcel lockers in Ukraine exceeded 37,000.

Nova Poshta operated 1,891 own branches and 11,317 agency branches, compared to 1,847 and 9,614 at the end of 2023.

The average number of employees — including part-time staff and those on maternity leave — reached 27,509, up from 26,327 the previous year.

The company invested approximately $182.5 million (₴7.3 billion) in new technologies, innovations, and service testing.

The consolidated revenue of Nova Poshta Group — which includes NovaPay, NovaPay PL, NP Digital, NOVA Digital Sp. z o.o. (Poland), Nova-Energy, Novobox, Nova Place, Nova Post Europe, and subsidiaries in Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, Czech Republic, Canada, the UK, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, the Netherlands — rose by 24% to around $1.36 billion (₴54.2 billion). However, consolidated profit declined by 10.8% to approximately $95.25 million (₴3.81 billion).

Nova Poshta’s core business remains express delivery of documents, parcels, and palletized cargo. It remains the leading express delivery company in Ukraine.

The company is owned by Volodymyr Popereshnyuk and Vyacheslav Klymov.

Earlier, the company announced plans to expand into four more European countries by the end of 2025 (now operating in 16 countries).
