He shared the photos of the Russian attack aftermath.
A 46-year-old man died from shrapnel wounds while driving, and nine others were injured, including a 91-year-old woman who suffered acute stress. Six individuals were hospitalized, while others received treatment on-site.
He also wrote about the destructions in the city.
“The drone strike damaged residential buildings, some of which caught fire, and shattered windows and damaged the facade of a school," Kiper reported.
"Shrapnel also caused gas leaks and fires in two pipelines.”
The Air Force had issued warnings about drones approaching Odesa, urging residents to seek shelter. Kiper later confirmed that air defense operated in the city.
