The Russian forces carried out an airstrike on critical infrastructure facilities in the Shostka district in Sumy Oblast overnight on July 23, Sumy Oblast Military Administration reported on Telegram.
Preliminary reports indicate no casualties in the attack.
"Emergency services are working on the spot to deal with the attack aftermath," the officials said.
"Recovery works are underway."

A local resident was killed in Popivka, Sumy Oblast, another person was injured, the officers said. Two shellings took place in this settlement on July 19, and local residents heard 14 explosions.
