Shahed drone strike on Odesa injures nine, destroys buildings and stable

Odesa Oblast Governor Oleh Kiper said at the United News broadcast that nine people were injured, including seven who were hospitalized. The strike damaged a residential building, a car repair shop, and a stable.
He noted that the Russian military attacked the city with strike UAVs in the middle of the workday, when many people were on the streets and beaches.
City council data indicated the attack caused damage to civilian infrastructure, residential and administrative buildings, a stable, and vehicles.
All the injured are receiving medical care.
Suspilne Odesa reported the damage at the city's stable.
Witnesses said doors had to be broken down to evacuate surviving horses. Some animals were wounded, and the ponies remain in a state of stress after the attack.
The Telegram channel Kurs Odesa published video footage from the site. It shows that some animals were killed, and the stable building is completely destroyed. Surviving animals, including horses and a dog, are receiving help.
The air raid alert in the city was declared at 9:19 a.m.EET. Ukraine’s Air Force reported a threat from Shahed drones.
