Russia ballistic strike on the city of Dnipro killed at least three, 15 more were injured, regional governor Vladyslav Haivanenko reported on Dec. 1.
12:23 a.m. update: The number of injured has risen to 15. Twelve people have been hospitalized, six of them in critical condition, the regional administration said.

Earlier reports indicated three people were killed and eight injured in the missile strike. A car service station and a local enterprise were damaged.
Emergency services remain on site, Haivanenko said.
Earlier that night, Russia launched 89 attack drones against Ukraine; air defenses shot down 63 of them. A strike on Mykolaiv caused a fire on the roof of a residential high-rise.
