Defense forces hit Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez refinery and Zaporizhzhya training ground

Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez ranks among the largest oil refineries in Russia, possessing an annual processing capacity of approximately 13 million metric tons of crude oil. The facility manufactures motor gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, bitumen, lubricants, and other refined petroleum products utilized to supply the Russian military-industrial complex and armed forces.

Ukrainian troops also struck the Primorsky Posad military training ground located in occupied Zaporizhzhya Oblast.

On July 30, drones attacked a Wildberries logistics complex in the Russian city of Sarapul, Udmurt Republic, igniting a fire on site.

On July 29, drones attacked Perm, Russia. The aggressor's Ministry of Defense claimed to have "intercepted" 295 Ukrainian UAVs overnight across 11 Russian oblasts and over occupied Crimea.

Social media reports indicated that drones attacked Ryazan overnight and on the morning of July 29, setting fire to a warehouse belonging to Russian marketplace Wildberries as well as the local oil refinery. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine subsequently confirmed the strike on the Ryazan Oil Refining Company — one of Russia's largest refineries — and reported an attack on a high-speed boat base of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in occupied Crimea.
