Mass Russian strike damages high-rises, injures three civilians in Odesa

Three people were injured and multiple residential buildings were damaged after Russian forces attacked Odesa, local governor Serhii Lysak reported late on March 18.
Two of the victims were hospitalized, Lysak noted in a 2:15 a.m. update.
Two high-rises, a residential building in the historical center, and buildings in the private sector were damaged in the city, he added.

Fires broke out but were quickly extinguished.
"As a result of a massive enemy attack, we have damage to a residential high-rise in one district of the city, as well as a non-residential building in another district," Lysak said.
Operational and emergency services are already working at the scene.
