Russian attack left the city of Novoukrainka and 16 other settlements in Kirovohrad Oblast without electricity, regional governor Andrii Raikovych reported on Nov. 14.
Power transmission line was damaged in the Novoukrainka district. Repair teams from Kirovohradoblenergo began restoring service.
An air-raid alert was declared in Oblast overnight due to the drones and missiles threat.
Russia launched a mass attack on Kyiv earlier the same night, where three people were preliminarily reported killed and 26 injured, with dozens of apartment buildings across several districts having been damaged.
